Requesting a refund
If you are not satisfied, contact us at info@thefoxweb.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review it and reply within two business days.
How refunds are handled
The refund terms for your project, including any stage after which work is non-refundable, are set out in your quote. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
