These terms apply to the design, development and marketing services provided by The Fox Web ("we", "us") and to your use of thefoxweb.com. By ordering a service or using this website, you agree to them.
1. Quotes and projects
Each project is described in a written quote or proposal that sets out the scope, price and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start.
2. Your content and approvals
You are responsible for providing text, images, logos and other content, and for making sure you have the right to use them. We are designers and developers and do not provide copywriting or proofreading, so please check all content before you approve it.
3. Revisions and support
Design revisions are included as stated in your quote. After delivery we perform basic proofreading of code and fix known bugs. If you notice a mistake or bug, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will fix it free of charge.
4. Trademarks and copyright
You confirm that you have the right to use any trademarks you supply, and you allow us to use them to deliver your project. Once your project is paid in full, you own the final designs we create for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences.
5. Acceptable use
We do not build or support websites with illegal, adult or harmful content, or sites that infringe the rights of others. We may decline or stop work on any project that breaks this rule.
6. Liability
Our services and website are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Indemnification
You agree to protect us from claims arising from content or products you supply or sell, including claims of copyright or trademark infringement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
